When zoomed-in, the photos of the Apple construction site show great detail, gives a real feeling of size and scale

This is like building the world's tallest skyscraper one mile high, laying it on it's side, then bending it into a circle.

If the finished structure were straightened out and set on end, it would be twice as tall as the world's tallest building, the Burj Khalifa Tower, which is 828 meters high and 163 stories tall.

The Apple Campus 2 building will be 1.6 kilometers tall, have 2.8 million sq ft of office space compared to 3.3 million sq ft of "floor area" in Burj Khalifa, yet it will be only 4 stories tall, not including underground areas.

Latest aerial photos reveal rapid progress at Apple Campus 2 construction site

The diameter of the ring is 1,615 feet (492.25 meters), which makes it wider than the Pentagon. The circumference will be nearly a mile (1.6 km) and the planned office floor space is 2.8 million square feet (260,128.5 sq m)
