Apple should sue Nokia's parent company, Microsoft, who are obviously looking for a way to get some of the $7 Billion back that they over-paid for Nokia!

I guess they thought that counterfeiting the iPad was their only way of accomplishing that, so what's next, an iPhone clone?

I'm sure that's where they're headed with this. Nokia is a phone company after all. 

The Nokia acquisition didn't close until April 25th of this year, so this was Microsoft's plan all along, obviously.
