When an artist's management company is owned by the only promoter on the planet, the artist is totally screwed.

Live nation is buying up every venue down to the club level.

These are the guys that Apple/beats need to take on.  

Live Nation will be going after recorded music and publishing next, if they haven't already started those acquisitions too.
