However, stock market gains--including Apple's--appear to driven primarily by favorable earnings reports from the December quarter. The economic future of Apple —and the U.S. overall —is less certain, given risks related to infrastructure investment, taxes, currency valuations, immigration restrictions and travel bans under the new administration.
