I know they're not finished, but as far as landscaping goes, I would say Apple has over promised and under delivered so far.

Apple's Tree Nemesis?

The Transit Center in San Jose already stole a building Apple was using, and now the Transit Center in San Francisco is stealing Apple's trees.

But, Apple is only using trees that are indigenous to the area.
