I don't see any way Apple can complete construction on the main building by the end of 2016 at the pace they've been going.
They would have to double, maybe triple their army of workers for both interior/exterior, mechanical, electrical and finish work.

These fleeting frames of video from 2:45 - 2:48 show the awnings being installed.
It looks like there are 12 glass outer wall panels already installed in this section with their bottom halves covered in white plastic.
I'd guess that the whole ring is another two years away from move-in ready.
