If unchecked, they (NSA,FBI, CIA,etc) will gain complete access to the phones and computers of every man, woman and child in the US and eventually the world.

What they want now is all your encrypted and private information available anytime they want it.

Looks like 4 roof panels have been installed as of Feb 22
I believe the solar panels are covered with foam and wrapped with sky blue tarps for protection during their installation and the center ridge construction.
One of the inner ring tunnels is being covered with protective materials prior to covering it over with dirt
