What we think we know about the Indianapolis Apple Store 2 at Keystone Crossing
First of all, the store, under construction since February 2016, is quite large for an Apple mall store, much, much larger than the next step up from the current Apple Store in the mall and is as large or larger as some of the free standing Apple Stores.
It will have two glass-wall entrances opposite each other, one facing the interior of the mall (north) and the other facing the parking lot (south)
The interior of the store has a lot of "back-of-house" construction on both sides of the main floor area, both east and west, leaving a large main floor that could be divided into two areas, north and south, with a wall between them.
The south parking lot side could look similar to the back of the upper section of the new San Francisco store below.
The store will have high ceilings, high enough that it will have trees inside the store.
Below: What appear to be tree mock-ups to test the number of trees and to judge ceiling height were constructed on-site on April 8, 2016.
Below: On the north side of the wall, facing the Mall interior, the store will have a jumbo HD screen as seen in other large Apple Stores.
The Mall entrance could have the large rotating glass doors like those below in the test store at Apple's HQ.

Will Apple designate this a flagship store for Indianapolis?
We may have to wait until Angela Ahrendts visits Indy on October 6, 2016 to speak at the 20th anniversary of the Women's Fund of Central Indiana dinner at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway
I'm going to guess that there is a deadline to finish the store in time for her visit to her home town.
Apple Board of Directors' member Andrea Jung will accompany Ahrendts to Indianapolis.
You can get tickets to the dinner here:
