White Knight, Apple, saved Toshiba and now co-owns their own flash chip manufacturing company.

The dip in AAPL stock price is typical when a company makes this large of acquisition while Wall Street struggles to crunch the numbers.

There really is no precedent here. 

The Street has been after them to put their cash to work, and now they have, in a big way.

This makes the Beats $3+ Billion acquisition look like chump change.
