Apple will be leasing this campus, developed especially for the company, as soon as it's completed, maybe as soon as November of this year. (wishful thinking)
They will be moving into this campus while they will continue to move into Apple Park.

From the looks of these photos, I don't think this campus will be ready by November.
Even though there has been great progress, I think the details are going to take awhile.

The 3 giant tower cranes are gone, and they are insulating the roof with large blocks of foam.
Notice how the aluminum strips taper at the corner of the garage, and the lower level looks like the curved radius of a Mac mini or Cinema monitor.
This should be an award winning building design: It looks like a giant Apple device!

As I remember, Jimmy Iovine, Dr Dre and Trent Reznor were rumored to be in on this project.
With Apple's rumored moves into movie production, there could be any number of uses for the Tower building, including a store that is geared to the movie industry running Apple Movie and TV productions.
Or Apple could hold movie and TV premieres here to promote their productions: It is a movie theater, after all.
I think Apple has found something that will keep their cash in motion and build a catalog of original movie and TV content.
