The "Arcade" in front of the store is very noisy and a navigational hazard for shoppers

Mostly It was all about getting free tickets to see Kelly Clarkson

Microsoft Store at the Fashion Mall with "all touchscreen devices"

In order to get the free tickets (a wrist band) to the show people had to wait in line outside the MS Store and in the parking garage for early Clarkson fans

The venue was changed to "Latitude 39" a mile away at the last minute due to rain
