Lisa Fischer sang background vocals on the 1988 Henry Lee Summer debut album on Epic Records' CBS Associated label.

She is one of the singers featured in the new film, Twenty Feet from Stardom, in theaters now. (Landmark Indianapolis)

The other two background singers on the album were Sandra St. Victor, and Norma Jean Wright.

The album was recorded in the summer of 1987 at Media Sound on W 57th St. in New York with Michael Frondelli as producer/engineer.

Henry remixed I Wish I Had a Girl himself at Right Track Recording on 48th St. in New York a short time thereafter.

That was the mix released on the album, single, video and every other use of the recording.

When Henry headlined at the Bottom Line for two sold-out shows in NY on April 21, 1988, Lisa, Sandra and Norma Jean came into the club to sing with the touring group on "I Wish I Had a Girl."

Lisa is currently on tour with The Rolling Stones and is featured singing with Mick Jaeger (2nd clip below)

Lisa, Sandra & Norma Jean can be heard in this scene of I Wish I Had  Girl shot in front of the Roosevelt Hotel on Sunset Ave in Hollywood.

The "robed choir singers" were extras lip-syncing for the video.
