This whole thing has been a perverted  travesty of justice, whereby a government agency protected a monopolist, Amazon, and ruined small publishers and authors financially, so Amazon can maintain their monopoly and Apple was denied a fair outcome.

Confirmed: New Apple Store underway at Keystone Fashion Mall


It has been confirmed that the previous Abercrombie & Fitch location at the Fashion Mall is being gutted to make way for the new construction of a larger Apple Store at the mall. Demolition of the Abercrombie and Fitch Store is well underway. We could possibly have a new Apple Store grand opening by the end of this year or the beginning of next year.  The new Apple Store will be located just on the other side of the North Face Store from the current Apple Store. It may have both an interior and exterior entrance like the other major neighboring retailers, Restoration Hardware, Urban Outfitters, and The North Face.

Below: The new Apple Store will likely be a next class size store like this one in Xiamen Lifestyle center, China, but the Xiamen store is on an upper level with no exterior entrance, so it could be slightly larger and most certainly have a large "back of house" area for deliveries, inventory and staff.
