If President Obama fails to recognize the same facts that the EU and other countries have, that the patents Samsung is claiming are Standard Essential Patents, then something is really wrong with his administration.

The Justice department's decision against iBooks was a very bad decision.

A second decision like that in this case would mean that the President made a very bad decision. 

Is he a stand-up guy or not?

The fact that Apple's CFO and board members have sold large chunks of AAPL stock as of yesterday is not a good sign.

I doubt it, just that bad boy, Apple who now has to link to them.

Will iTunes have to provide links to Amazon's and Barnes & Noble's music and video stores too?

That's what Amazon will try to get out of the government next!
