I'm not positive that these insider sell-offs are related to the US ITC ruling, but my guess is that they are.

They must think that the president is not going to intercede with this bizarre ban of Apple's iPhone 4 by the US ITC

This is just as ridiculous as the iBooks fiasco and potentially much more harmful.
