"Hello again" is a reference to Steve Jobs' introduction of the first Macintosh computer in 1984 when the computer spoke these words live on stage: "Hello, I'm Macintosh. It sure is great to get out of that bag."
Meeting again at Apple Campus 1 Infinite Loop is appropriate for a major announcement about the Mac, although at their last meeting here, Tim Cook thought that this event would be held at Apple Campus 2.
