I say, yes, it is, but what was stolen from Apple goes even deeper than "shape" in design and IP.
Apple created a revolutionary design interface technology, it's not just the shape of the phone, although that was revolutionary too.
This will be important when it comes to Apple technology and IP being used in automobiles.
The analogy made by the court is prescient, if not just a lucky coincidence.
