At IBM's Watson headquarters in New York, Apple CEO Tim Cook, IBM chief Ginni Rometty and Japan post CEO Taizo Nishimuro discussed the new service to bring iOS devices to a potential 4 to 5 million people in Japan. During the presentation, Cook said the program would roll out first in Japan, but would eventually expand to other countries.
