Hi,

Well, he didn't go over to the Dark Side after all. After analyzing the competition yesterday, Horace Dediu puts Android revenues into perspective.

Android Revenues in Perspective (minuscule)

"Comparing revenue 'run rates,' on a yearly basis Android is 2.5% of iPhone or 1.6% of iOS."

Gasp! What a conspiracy! Jobs told Walt Mossberg of The Wall Street Journal on camera, hence the world, that publishers liked the agency method.

I guess I'm in on the conspiracy too, since I watched this video at the time and didn't call the Feds.

"As we've suggested before (see herehere and here), it seems wrong that the government would give a pass to Amazon -- an e-book monopolist selling titles below cost -- and instead sue five publishers gasping for air in a shrinking market."
