John Browett, Retail, is also leaving, fired basically.

They were both responsible for major snafus this past year, the Maps debacle and the Store personnel backlash.

Craig Federighi gets Bob Mansfield's old job of Sr VP of both Hardware and Software engineering.

Dan Riccio???  The press release didn't say, but he was previously listed as Sr VP Hardware engineering, which is now Federighi's post.

Bob Mansfield returned soon after retiring and is now in charge of "Technologies" for at least two years, which combines all wireless tech and semiconductors.

Apple announces changes to increase collaboration across hardware, software & sevices.

"As part of these changes, Jony Ive, Bob Mansfield, Eddy Cue and Craig Federighi will add more responsibilities to their roles. Apple also announced that Scott Forstall will be leaving Apple next year and will serve as an advisor to CEO Tim Cook in the interim."
