Above: Those yellowish wooden crates in front of the Cafe-torium contain the giant panes of glass for the sliding doors of the eatery.
Executive offices flank either side of the cafe-torium and are likely to be the first sections completed along with the cafe-torium itself.

Just the work on these sections alone will require more than the time left in 2016, but it is probably the priority on the ring at this point, along with the garage below where those crates of glass sit.
