Below: The Keystone Apple store is going to have to sell a lot of product and services to cover their nut, but I'll bet they negotiated a sweet deal from Simon Property to take over the abandoned Abercrombie and Fitch store that went out of business. Plus, Apple won't have to rent storage space (an abandoned store) in the mall anymore.
